摘要
通过考察美韩日建筑市场,对比中国工程承包企业与国际知名工程公司的不同做法,提出对承包企业工程项目管理模式和企业组织结构进行适当调整,逐步将工程承包模式由施工承包向EPC总承包过渡。
After investigation of building markets in the USA,Japan and Korea,and comparison of the differences between Chinese project contracting enterprises and famous international contractors,measures and suggestions are proposed for adjustment of project management mode and organizational structure of enterprises in order to realize the transition from the mode of construction contracting to EPC contracting gradually.
