乳果糖对实验性肝硬化大鼠血浆内毒素的影响

The Effect of Lactulose on Plasm Lipoplysaccharide Endotoxin of Cirrhotic Rats

目的:观察乳果糖对实验性肝硬化大鼠内毒素血症的影响。方法:采用硫代乙酰胺腹腔注射制造大鼠肝硬化模型,并将肝硬化模型大鼠随机分为肝硬化对照组和乳果糖治疗组;乳果糖组每日灌服乳果糖,对照组灌服糖水,10 d后检测各组鼠的血浆内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果:乳果糖治疗组血浆LPS、TNF-α、ALT水平较肝硬化对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论:乳果糖可能是通过降低血浆LPS来降低TNF-α水平,从而对肝脏起到保护作用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of lactulose on plasm Lipoplysaccharide Endotoxin（LPS） in cirrhotic rats.Methods： Experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats was induced by injecting of thioacetamide introperitioneally.The rats were randomly divided into cirrhosis model group and treatment group with lactulose and plasm LPS,TNF-α and serum ALT were measured in every group and normal rats.The levels of LPS,TNF-α,serum ALT were significantly lower in Lactulose group than those in cirrhosis model group.Conclusion： Lactulose may protect hepatic cells by lowering the level of plasm LPS and then that of TNF-α.
