包头市区妇女产褥期营养与卫生知识知晓情况调查

摘要 目的:了解包头市区妇女对产褥期营养知识与卫生知识知晓情况。方法:采用整群抽样的方式,选取包头市区862例分娩后8个月之内的产妇,入户问卷调查。结果:妇女对产褥期牛奶补钙最佳、新鲜水果蔬菜补充维生素C、蛋白质的理想来源以及肝脏瘦肉含铁丰富这几项营养知识的知晓率相对较高,知晓率分别为94.7%、93.9%、90.7%和82.9%,其他几项营养知识则在60%~75%之间。对于母乳喂养的限制、母乳喂养的婴儿的抗病优势知晓率较低,分别为77.0%和70.3%。结论:包头市区妇女对产褥期的营养与卫生知识知晓情况还需提高。 Objective: To assess the women's knowledge of nutrition and health in the puerperium in Baotou.Methods: 862 women in the puerperium of 8 months after delivery were randomly selected in Baotou with a cluster sampling method for a questionnaire.Results: Women were well aware that the milk is the best source for calcium,fresh fruit and vegetables for the complement of vitamin C and protein,lean meat and liver for rich iron,with the higher awareness rate of 94.7 %,93.9 %,90.7 % and 82.9 %,respectively.However,their awareness rate of other nutrition items was between 60 %-75 %.Women were not quite aware that there were some restrictions on breast-feeding and that breast-feeding infants have disease-resistant advantages,with the comparatively low awareness rate of 70.3 % and 77.0 %,repectively.Conclusion: Women in Baotou need to further enrich their knowledge of nutrition and health in the puerperium.
