产褥期抑郁症的临床护理

Clinical Nursing of the Patient with Depressive Symptoms in Puerperium

目的:探讨产褥期抑郁症的相关因素及相应护理措施。方法:对115例产褥期抑郁的产妇临床资料进行回顾性分析。随机分为两组,对照组51例采用产后常规治疗与护理,观察组64例采取护理干预措施。结果:两组HAD评分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预措施能有效阻断产褥期抑郁症的发生。

Objective： To explore the casual factors and corresponding care measures for depressive symptoms in puerperium.Methods： A retrospective Analysis of clinical data was made in 115 women with post-natal depressive symptoms.They are randomly divided into two groups： The observation group（64 cases） and the control group（51 cases）.Women with depressive symptoms in the control group were treated with normal therapeutic practice and those in the observation group were treated with intervenient care measures.Results： Comparing the HAD score,there was significant difference in HAD score between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： The research shows that effective care can greatly reduce the incidence of the post-natal depressive symptoms.
