MUC1的相关研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 MUC1是muc1基因编码的高分子量、高糖基化的跨膜蛋白,也是黏蛋白家族中最早被发现的蛋白,广泛分布于上皮组织。大量研究显示：在肿瘤组织中,MUC1常出现异常表达,并且与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后密切相关。作为一种新型肿瘤标记物,近年来已成为研究的热点。
