不同生长季节及生长年限银杏叶总萜内酯含量的相关性研究

Content of the Total Terpene Lactones in Ginkgo biloba L. Leaves in Relation to the Various Seasons and Tree′s Ages

采用 HPLC法测定银杏叶中白果内酯、银杏内酯 A、B、C的含量 ,并测出不同生长季节及生长年限的含量变化。结果表明 :总萜内酯含量在 8月份最高 ;幼树叶的含量明显高于老树 ,并伴随树龄的增长 。

Content of ginkgolide A,B,C and bilobalide and change regularity were determined by HPLC in Ginkgo biloba leaves in the various seasons and tree′s ages. The results are as follows: The total terpene lactones in the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. are the highest in august; The total terpene lactones in young tree′s leaves are higher than those in the old tree′s leaves;following in the train of increase in the tree′s age, the concentration of the total terpene lactones was gradually declined.
