摘要
观察了人工虫草菌丝体石油醚及水提取物抗哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性 ,并且通过测定 SOD及MDA观察其抗氧自由基作用。结果表明石油醚提取物可显著提高哇巴因所致豚鼠心脏毒性和死亡剂量 ,可有效地增加 SOD活性及降低 MDA含量 ,提示本品可对抗哇巴因的心脏毒性 ,提高机体的抗氧化能力。
The antagonistic effects of extracts from cultural mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis on oxygen free radicals and cardiotoxicity induced by ouabain in guinea pigs were studied . The results showed that petroleum ether extract could significantly increase the dose of ouabain to induce cardiotoxicity, improve SOD activity and decrease MDA content. The results indicated that petroleum ether extract had the ability to antagonize toxicity induced by ouabain, while water extract had little effect on it.
