职业教育以实践教学为主体.实践指导教师直接影响职业教育中实践教学的质量和绩效.职业教育应充分发挥指导教师对学生实践技能的指导职能、在实习实训中的管理职能、在学生校外实习中的联络职能、对学生职业道德素质的教育职能、对学生实践成绩的考核职能.

The main body of vocational education is practical teaching.The practice guidance teacher directly influences the teaching quality and performance.Vocational education should give full play to the practice guidance teacher’s functions： the guidance to students’ practical skills,the management in practice,contact when students are practicing outside school,the cultivation to students vocational moral quality and the evaluation of students practical performance.
