摘要
目的 :观察酸性电解水 (AEW )对水中微生物的杀灭效果。方法 :在AEW中或稀释后的AEW中加入一定浓度的E .Coli、f2 噬菌体和芽胞 ,作用一定时间后取样、培养、计算。结果 :TOxC为 0 .4mg·L- 1的AEW稀释液作用 10min可有效杀灭E .Coli ;TOxC为 2 1mg·L- 1的AEW作用 2min可有效杀灭f2 噬菌体 ;TOxC为 6 5mg·L- 1的AEW作用 10min可有效杀灭枯草芽孢黑色变种。结论 :AEW对水中微生物有高效、速效杀灭效果。贮存AEW最好用玻璃瓶或塑料瓶 ,密封避光保存。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acid electrolyzed water(AEW)in killing microorganisms in water. Methods: E.coli,bacteriophage f 2 or spores of Bacillus subtilis variatus were added into AEW or diluted AEW and killed for a certain touch time. Water samples were drawn and the microorganisms were cultured and counted. Results: Diluted AEW containing TOxC 0.4 mg·L -1 could efficiently kill Escherichia coli in 10 min; AEW containing TOxC 21.0 mg·L -1 could efficiently kill bacteriophage f 2 in 2 min; AEW containing TOxC 65.0 mg·L -1 could efficiently kill spores of Bacillus subtilis variatus niger in 10 min. Conclusion: AEW had higher and faster efficacy in killing some microorganisms in water. AEW had better be stored in glass or plastic bottles with airtight and light-free.
