摘要
ISO9002是质量体系,即生产、安装和服务的质量保证模式,用于证实组织提供合格产品的过程控制。我院于1997年实施此标准,建立了完善的护理质量保证体系,使护理人员共同成为护理管理的直接参与者,使护理管理更具科学性、创造性。
ISO9002 is a quality system, which is a quality assurance mode about produce, installation and service, it is process control used to conform supply eligible production - Our hospital implemented the system in 1997, and built perfect nursing quality assurance system, all nurses became direct actor about nursing management, it made nursing management more scientific and creative.
