止消通脉宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变60例临床观察

Clinical observation of Zhixiaotongmaining on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察止消通脉宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将120例DPN患者随机分为2组,均口服降糖药及胰岛素治疗。治疗组60例加止消通脉宁治疗,对照组60例加甲钴胺片治疗。2组均连续治疗8周。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后红细胞山梨酸醇含量、血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]及腓总神经、正中神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.4%,对照组总有效率51.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后红细胞山梨醇含量较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后均降低(P<0.01)。2组治疗后FPG、2 h PG较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后神经传导速度较本组治疗前、对照组治疗后明显增快(P<0.01)。结论止消通脉宁可以改善DPN患者神经组织的供血、供氧,纠正神经细胞内的代谢紊乱,改善DPN患者症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhixiaotongmaining on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods 120 cases of DPN were randomly divided into two groups which received oral hypoglycemic matter and insulin treatment.60 patients in treatment group were treated by Zhixiaotongmaining.60 cases in control group received Mecobalamin treatment.Patients in two groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,red blood cell sorbitol content,blood glucose（FPG,2 h PG）,motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV） of peroneal nerve and median nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity（SCV） were observed and compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were respectively 93.4% and 51.7%.There was statistical significance between two groups（P0.01）.The effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group.After treatment,the erythrocyte sorbitol content in treatment group were lower as compared with that in this group before treatment and the control group after treatment（P0.01）.FPG and 2 h PG after treatment were decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups（P0.01）.After treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were significantly increased as compared with that in this group before treatment and the control group after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Zhixiaotongmaining can improve blood and oxygen supply of the nerve tissue,correct metabolic disorders within the nerve cells and improve the symptoms of DPN patients,has safe,effective,simple,convenient and low-cost advantages.
