益气活血法结合西药治疗巨大消化性溃疡45例疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of therapy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation combined with western medicine on giant peptic ulcer

目的观察益气活血法结合西药治疗巨大消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将90例巨大消化性溃疡患者随机分为2组。对照组45例予奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,治疗组45例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药(益气活血法)治疗。疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)清除率的变化。结果中医证候总有效率:治疗组为95.56%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃镜总有效率:治疗组为93.33%,对照组为64.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Hp阳性清除率:治疗组为82.9%,对照组为73.7%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气活血法结合奥美拉唑肠溶片口服治疗巨大消化性溃疡疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of therapy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation combined with western medicine on giant peptic ulcer.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（n=45） received Omeprazole entericcoated tablets.Treatment group（n=45） received Therapy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation combined with Omeprazole entericcoated tablets.The course was eight weeks in two groups.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effect,gastroscopic effect and Hp clearance rate before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment group was 95.56% and 66.67% in control group.There was statistical significance between two groups（P0.01）.The total effective rate of gastroscope in treatment group was 93.33% and 64.67% in control group.There was statistical significance between two groups（P0.01）.The total effective rate of Hp clearance in treatment group was 82.9% and 73.7% in control group.There was no statistical significance between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Therapy of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation combined with Omeprazole entericcoated tablets has a definite effect on giant peptic ulcer.
