摘要
学前特殊教育教师的专业化发展直接关系到学前特殊教育的质量。基于特殊教育的目的和任务,针对目前学前教育教师专业化发展存在的主要问题,应该规范对学前特殊教育机构的管理,大力加强对学前特殊教育教师的继续教育,以培训为依托,组织学前特殊教育教师开展必要的科学研究实践活动;加强学前特殊教育教师的心理健康教育。要坚持以人为本,加大对学前特殊教育的投入和支持力度,实现学前特殊教育教师专业化的可持续性发展。
The teachers' professional development of preschool special education is directly related to the quality of preschool special education.In terms of the goal and task of preschool special education,and in view of the primary problems remained in present preschool education teachers' professional development,preschool special education institutions management should be standardized,teachers' continuing education should be vigorously strengthened,with training as the basis,teachers should be organized to carry out necessary scientific research;and teachers' psychological health should be strengthened.In conclusion,people-oriented principle should be persisted in,and input and support should be increased for preschool special education so as to achieve sustainable professional development of preschool special education teachers.
