摘要
研究了家电卷材涂料的实际应用情况,从原料选择开始按照家电卷材涂料的性能标准,包括RoHS(电子电气设备中限制使用某些有害物质指令)环保指令要求来设计配方,选用钙离子交换二氧化硅作为环保防锈颜料,分析并讨论了底漆和面漆组分对涂料物理性能和防腐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明:影响家电卷材涂料物理性能的主要因素是面漆中聚酯树脂和氨基树脂的配比,以及酸催化剂的用量;影响家电卷材涂料防腐蚀性能的主要因素是底漆中防锈颜料的添加比例。
The practical application of coil coatings for household appliance was studied.The formulation was designed according to performance standards of coil coatings for household appliance,including environmental requirements of RoHS directive.The calcium ion exchange silicon dioxide was selected as environmental friendly antirust pigment.The influences of the primer and top coat components on the physical properties and corrosion resistance were analyzed and discussed.The experimental results showed that the major factors affecting physical properties of coil coatings for household appliance were the polyester resin and amino resin ratio,and the amount of acid catalyst in the top coat,while that affecting corrosion resistance of coil coatings for household appliance was the amount of antirust pigment in the primer.
