室内薄型钢结构防火涂料的研制

摘要 介绍了一种室内薄型钢结构防火涂料的配制方法。通过采用聚合物乳液和无机黏结材料的复配技术,提高了涂膜的耐水性;采用羟丙基甲基纤维素与膨润土配用增加体系的悬浮性,从而改进涂料的贮存稳定性和施工性能。为研制综合性能高的室内薄型钢结构防火涂料提供设计思路和理论依据。 The preparation method of thin fire resistant coatings for indoor steel structure was introduced.The water resistance of the film was improved by using polymer emulsion to blend with the inorganic binding material.The storage stability and construction performance were improved by hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and bentonite clay increasing suspension property of system.The design ideas and theoretical basis were provided in order to develop high-performance thin fire resistant coatings for indoor steel structure.
