Action Strategies for Implementing Student Guidance in General High Schools

普通高中建立学生发展指导制度是当前高中阶段教育改革与发展的重要任务之一。本文为普通高中学校如何实施学生发展指导提出了四方面的行动策略,即,学校发展规划引领、提高教师指导能力、重建学校制度文化、建立合作伙伴关系。

To establish the student guidance system is one of the current tasks in general upper secondary education development and reform in China.This paper points out the four action strategies in implementing student guidance in practice：（1） to lead the student guidance with school development plan;（2） to improve the capacities of teacher in guiding;（3） to reconstruct the school cul-ture;（4） to make the cooperative partnership.
