青岛经贸外语人才培养与企业需求匹配分析——以青岛科技大学为例

An Analysis of Graduates' Comprehensive Quality of International TradeMajor in Qingdao and Businesses' Requirement

本文通过对青岛50多家外贸企业经营者,对100多名进入外贸企业工作的毕业生、100名在校大学生进行的两份问卷调查,从知识和能力两个维度对青岛科技大学经贸外语类毕业生的综合素质与企业需求进行了对比与分析,反映出了经贸外语类毕业生的知识和能力与企业的要求还有一定差距。因此,高校需要重新定位培养目标,优化课程教学模式,重视学生实践能力的训练,加强对师资的培训,培养服务于地方的高素质应用型、复合型人才,提升学生就业的竞争力。

With the result of two surveys concerning about the personnel＇s adaptability in Qingdao,This paper comparatively analyzes Qingdao graduates＇ comprehensive quality and companies＇ requirements from the perspective of knowledge and capacity,and finds that certain gap exists between the graduates＇ ability and business＇s demands.Therefore,the author suggests that targets resetting,optimization of courses,enhancement of practical skills and improvement of faculty quality are necessary to cultivate graduates＇ applied skills and integrated talents with strong professional competitiveness.
