Through the discussion of the importance of regional culture in landscape design,the appropriate expressions of regional landscape and some means of creating landscape were elaborated in the paper.Based on the design of administrative center,the significance of administrative center in many aspects such as function,ecological and culture given by regional customs in the design were focused.
