A class of inverse eigenvalue problem for periodic arrow-like matrices constructed by spectral data and its properties were discussed.The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability and uniqueness of the problem were obtained,followed by a feasible numerical algorithm according to Boley and Lanczos＇ algorithm.
