摘要
为解决深部高应力软岩巷道围岩的支护困难问题,采用FLAC3D有限差分程序并结合现场实测的方法,对开磷集团沙坝土矿+640中段运输巷道进行了开挖与支护模拟研究。对比分析了巷道在未支护、传统支护、理论计算法支护和工程类比法支护等不同支护方案下围岩的变形规律。结果表明,工程类比法支护为最优方案,且围岩的破坏主要发生在两帮、肩角和底角,底角和底板的支护对控制围岩起关键作用。该研究为深层软岩巷道的掘进和支护设计提供了技术指导。
In view of the difficulties in supporting wallrock of high-stress soft-rock roadway,FLAC3D finite difference method was adopted combined with in-field measurement,to simulate the excavation and support of transport roadway in the +640 section.Wallrock deformation under different supporting methods was analyzed by comparing the situation of roadway before and after traditional support method,as well as comparing the theoretical calculations support and engineering analogy support.Results showed that engineering analogy support was an optimal support method,with the failure of wallrock mainly occurring on the sides,roof and floor angles,while the support to the floor and floor angles played a crucial role in wallrock control.It can provide some technical reference for the advancing and supporting design of deep and high-stress soft rock roadway.
