巯基乙酸异辛酯与丁黄药混用浮选刁泉银铜矿 被引量:4

Flotation of Diaoquan Silver-copper Rock with Isooctyl Thioglycolate and Butyl Xanthate as a Mixed Collector

摘要 以巯基乙酸异辛酯与丁黄药混用作为捕收剂,对刁泉银铜矿进行了浮选试验研究。工业试验结果表明,在给矿性质、品位相差不大的情况下,使用巯基乙酸异辛酯与丁黄药作捕收剂,铜精矿品位提高了6.12%,铜回收率提高了5.58%,银精矿品位提高了372.6 g/t,银回收率提高了6.97%,药剂成本降低了0.72元/吨矿。 Flotation study of Diaoquan silver-copper rock was carried out using a mixture of isooctyl thioglycolate and butyl xanthate as the collector.The results of commercial tests show that,when the mixed collector was used to treat run-of-mine ores with similar properties and grade,the grade and recovery of the copper concentrate increased by 6.12% and 5.58%,respectively,and an increase of 372.6 g/t in the grade of silver concentrate,up 6.97% in the recovery and a drop of 0.77 Yuan per ton of ore in the reagent cost were achieved.
