实习护生职业防护知识应用调查及防护对策 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解实习护生职业防护知识应用情况,提出防护对策,为护理教育提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷表,对在某大学医学院附属医院实习的100名护生分别于实习前期(第1～3个月)和实习后期(第7个月至结束)进行问卷调查,并对两次调查结果比较分析。结果实习后期护生对职业损伤防护知识掌握与应用情况(16个项目)优于实习前期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强实习护生的职业防护教育非常必要。
