广西百色壮族医学生骨量、肌肉量及其年龄变化研究 被引量:1

A research on the association of bone mass,muscle mass and age-related changes in medical students of Zhuang nationality in Baise city of Guangxi province

摘要 目的运用生物电阻抗分析法,测量壮族医学生骨量和肌肉量,探讨壮族医学生身体成分的组成及分布特点。方法随机抽取在右江民族医学院就读的561名20~24岁壮族医学生为研究对象,采用国产的体成分测量仪测量骨量和肌肉量,同时测量身高和体质量。结果 20~24岁组壮族医学生的身高、体质量、骨量和肌肉量,同一年龄组男、女间比较,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01);20~24岁组壮族医学生的身高、体质量、骨量和肌肉量,同一性别与前一年龄组相比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);低骨量男、女生人数分别占男女生总数的10.21%和25.15%。结论壮族男女医学生身高、体质量、骨量和肌肉量随着年龄的增长而有所波动,同一年龄组上述四项指标男生增长的速度要高于女生;男、女生低骨量患病率分别占一定比例,低骨量会导致骨质疏松,应引起相关部门的重视。 Objective To explore the body composition and their distribution characteristics by using a bioelectrical impedance analytical method for measuring bone mass and muscle mass in Zhuang medical graduates.Methods The overall random samples of 561 medical graduates of Zhuang nationalities aged from 20 to 24 years old studying in Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities participated in this study.All the participants were divided into four groups: group 20 years old~,group 21 years old~,group 22 years old ~,group 23~24 years old.In each aged group,the students' bone mass,muscle mass were measured by using domestic BC-532 body fat meter.At the same time,measured their body height and body mass.Results In Zhuang medical students aged from 20 to 24 years old,the comparison of body height,body mass,bone mass and muscle mass between males and females at the same aged group were done,the data indicated that there were statistically significant differences(P0.01).In comparison of body height,body mass,bone mass and muscle mass at the same gender group between one aged subgroup with its front subgroup in Zhuang medical students aged from 20 to 24 years old,there were not statistically significant differences(P0.05).The rates of low bone mass in boys and girls accounted for 10.21% and 25.15% of the total number of male and female students,respectively.Conclusion In Zhuang medical students,their body height,body mass,bone mass and muscle amount flutuated as their age increased.At the same aged group,the males in the mentioned above indice increased faster than females.Boys and girls with low bone mass prevalence account for some percentage of the total number of male and female students,and low bone mass may induce osteoporosis,which sould be alerted by the goverment.
