补阳还五汤对高脂血症的影响

The clinical efficacy of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang in treatment of hyperlipidemia

目的探讨中药补阳还五汤对高脂蛋白血症治疗的影响。方法将入选的231例高脂血症患者随机分两组,治疗组122例用中药补阳还五汤治疗,对照组109例用辛伐他汀治疗,两组治疗时间相同,均为8周,观察患者各项生化指标。结果治疗组降酯优于对照组,且副作用小。结论中药补阳还五汤治疗高脂蛋白血症患者有较好效果,是一条值得探讨的途径。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of Traditional Chinese decoction,Buyang Huanwu Tang,in treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods All 231 patients with hyperlipidemia enrolled in this study were randomly divided into two groups： the therapeutic group（122 cases） were treated with Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang,and the control group（109 cases） were treated with simvastatin.Patients in the two groups had received the same time treatment of eight weeks.The biochemical markers of all patients were measured.Results The side effects induced by Buyang Huanwu Tang in the therapeutic group are mild and the clinical outcomes（lipid reduction） were surperior to those of control group.Conclusion The resuts of traditional Chinese medicine Buyang Huanwu Tang in treatment of hyperlipoidemia are satisfactory and is a new approach for further research.
