摘要
目的 研究针刺抑制可乐定对大鼠骶髓排尿中枢的兴奋作用。方法 大鼠行膀胱插管和脊髓蛛网膜下腔插管术。在大鼠清醒、自由活动状态下,用可乐定(Clonidine)兴奋骶髓排尿中枢造成膀胱产生尿频、排尿压增高等排尿障碍的基础上,通过持续膀胱测压观察电针对其抑制作用。结果 电针将注药后45~75min的平均膀胱收缩间隔时间从仅为单纯注药前的29.50%延长为56.64%(P<0.02);压力增高的膀胱收缩次数从单纯注药后的59次减少到3次(P<0.01);平均最大膀胱排尿压百分比值从单纯注药后的190%降低到90%(P<0.05)。结论 电针能部分抑制5μg可乐定对大鼠骶髓排尿中枢的兴奋作用,抑制作用以注药后45~75min(停针后)明显。
Purpose To investigate the suppressive effect of electropuncture on the excitation by clonidine of rat's sacral micturition center.Method Simultaneous vesical and spinal subarachnoid catheterizations were carried out in rats.In the conscious and free moving rats,clonidine was used to excite the sacral micturition center,resulting in vesical dysfunction such as frequent micturition and high micturition pressure.The suppressive effect of electropuncture on the above dysfunction was observed by continuous cystometry.Results Forty five min~seventy five min after the drug injection,electropuncture prolonged the mean bladder contraction intermission time from mere 29.50% to 56.64% of that before the drug injection ( P <0.02),decreased the number of bladder contractions with a high pressure from 59 to 3 times ( P <0.02) and reduced the maximum bladder micturition pressure from mean 190% to 90% of that before the drug injection ( P <0.05).Conclusion Electropuncture can partially suppress the excitatory effect of 5 μg clonidine on rat's sacral micturition center,which is more marked 45 min~75 min after the drug injection (after the stop of acupuncture).
