肾移植患者社会支持与生活质量的相关性研究

The Relationship between Social Support and Quality of Life of Renal Transplant Patients

采用社会支持自评量表 ( PRQ - 85 )第二部分和肾移植患者生活质量指数自评量表 ( Ferrans and PowersQL I- KTV) ,以随机抽样法对接受肾移植 3个月以上来门诊复查的患者进行问卷调查。结果 :肾移植患者的社会支持与生活质量都较高 ,二者之间有非常显著的正性关系 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。提示 :患者的生活质量在很大程度上取决于社会支持的程度 ,医务人员在工作中要特别重视其社会属性 ,尽可能调动社会支持系统从各个维度对患者起作用 。

Sixty patients who received renal transplantation more than 3 months were randomly selected. Personal Resource Questionnaire 85 (PRQ 85) Part 2 and Ferrans and Powers Quality of Life Index Kidney Transplant Version (QLI KTV) were used to analyzed the relationship between the social support and quality of life of renal transplant patients. The results showed that both social support and quality of life of these subjects were at moderate to high level, and there was a significantly positive relationship between these two variables ( P <0 001). It was suggested that to high extent, the quality of life of the patients depended on the social support. Therefore, in the practice, healthy professionals should pay attention to mobilizing the each domain of social support system in order to improve quality of life of the patients.
