真丝绸免水洗染色工艺研究

Study on non-water washing dyeing process for silk

针对真丝绸染色后水洗能耗大的问题,采用"浸轧→预烘→汽蒸→焙烘"的免水洗染色工艺对真丝绸进行染色,考察了黏合剂、交联剂、pH、汽蒸和焙烘条件等对染色性能的影响,发现该工艺广泛适用于真丝绸的酸性染料染色,染色织物色牢度好,手感柔软,符合生态纺织品的要求。

In view of high energy consumption of water washing after silk dyeing , a non-water washing dyeing process for silk with the process of -pad→pre-drying→steaming→baking＂ was put forwarded in the paper. Then, influences of adhesive, cross-linking agent, pH value, steaming and baking condition on the dyeing property were discussed. The results showed that the dyeing silk with the non-water process had good color fastness and soft handle, and met the ecological textile requirements, so the process had extensive applicability for the dyeing of acid dyes.
