摘要
本文通过对山西省的56份苦荞遗传资源的主要营养成分分析,明确了山西省各地区苦荞资源VE、VPP和Se元素的平均含量和变化范围,筛选出高含量VE资源2份,高含量VPP资源2份,高硒资源45份,并对优异资源的分布情况进行了分析。
Analysis of nutritious Composition in 56 accessions of tartary buckwheat genetic resources in Shanxi province revealed the average Content and the variation of VE,VPP and Se in the tartary buckwheat from different region.2collections with higher VE Content,2 collections with higher VPP Content and 45 Collections with higher Se Content were Screened out.Furthermore,the distribution of the high quality tartary buckwheat resources was discussed in the paper.
