声诺维造影剂评价兔腹主动脉粥样斑块的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究超声造影剂SonoVue对兔腹主动脉粥样斑块的显影特征。方法使用高脂饲养法建立兔腹主动脉粥样斑块模型17只,应用SonoVue对其进行超声造影,观察显影特征,并用Qlab8.0脱机软件分析造影后回声均值、峰值强度、显影时间、达峰时间及峰值降半时间。结果 17只模型兔中,二维超声检出斑块19处,其中低回声6处,等回声7处,高回声6处;超声造影检出斑块22处,检出二维超声未检出的斑块3处。造影后斑块回声均值增加(4.2±2.1)dB,峰值强度增加(15.4±5.4)dB;时间-强度曲线显示管腔、内膜及斑块的造影曲线趋势一致,中、低回声斑块峰值强度与内膜、管腔比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论声学造影评价兔腹主动脉粥样硬化较为准确、可靠,有重要应用价值,可临床推广。 Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of SoneVue ultrasound contrast agent on atheromatous plaques of abdominal aorta in rabbits. Methods Atheromatous plaque models was developed in 17 rabbits by hypercholesterolemic diet. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) was performed with SonoVue ultrasound contrast agent. The imaging characteristics were observed. And the mean intensity, peak intensity, imaging time, time to peak intensity, time to half value were analyzed by Qlab8.0 off-line software. Results In 17 rabbits, two-dimensional uhrasound showed 19 plaques, including 6 hypoechoic plaques, 7 isoechoic plaques and 6 hyperechoic plaques. CEUS showed 22 plaques, 3 were not detected by two-dimensional ultrasound. After CEUS, the plaques mean intensity increased (4.2 ±2.1 )dB, the peak intensity increased (15.4 ±5.4)dB.There was significant difference of peak intensity among plaques, intima and lumen(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Evaluation of atherosclerosis by CEUS is more accurate, reliable, and it has important application value.
