桡动脉采血前局部抚触对缓解新生儿疼痛的效果观察

ALLEVIATING NEONATAL PAIN WHEN DRAWING BLOOD IN RADIAL ARTERY THROUGH TOUCHING THE PUNCTUER SITE

目的:探讨穿刺前局部抚触对新生儿桡动脉采血所致疼痛的影响。方法:将150例住院新生儿随机分成对照组(未干预组)、观察组(局部抚触组)各75例,在桡动脉采血前对观察组穿刺侧上肢予以抚触2min,两组分别于穿刺中20s、穿刺后2min用NIPS量表进行疼痛程度评分,并观察两组患儿哭声持续时间。结果:两组患儿在穿刺中20s、穿刺后2minNIPS评分、哭声持续时间方面的差异均有统计学意义。结论:穿刺前局部抚触简单易行,是缓解新生儿桡动脉穿刺疼痛程度的有效措施。

Objective：to investigate influence of touching locally before drawing blood in radial artery on alleviating pain for neonates.Methods：150 cases of hospitalized neonates were divided randomly into control group（75,uninterested group） or observation group（75,local touching group）.Neonates in uninterested group were drawn blood as usual approach,neonates in observation group touched 2 minutes on the same side of upper arm before drawing blood in radial artery.Pain intensity of two groups were calculated by the NIPS scale respectively in 20 seconds and 2 minutes after the puncture,and duration of crying were observed in the two groups of children.Results：Crying duration and NIPS score in 20 seconds and 5 minutes after the puncture between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion：Touching the puncture site before drawing blood in radial artery was a simple and effective method to alleviate pain for neonates.
