改良上睑提肌缩短术联合上横韧带悬吊术在上睑下垂治疗中的运用

The combination of advanced palpebralis shorten and Whitnall's ligament suspension in treatment of blepharoptosis

目的:探讨矫治上睑下垂的有效手术方法。方法:2009年9月～2011年11月,运用上睑提肌腱膜折叠术治疗轻度患者,上睑提肌折叠联合上横韧带悬吊治疗中度患者,上睑提肌缩短术联合上横韧带悬吊术治疗重度患者。结果:治疗41例(46眼),随访2月～1年,术后外观满意,闭合自如。结论:联合应用这两种术式是治疗轻、中、重度上睑下垂的有效方法。

Objective To explore a method of treating mild, moderate and severe blepharoptosis. Methods From Sep. 2009 to Nov.2011,the authors respectively used palpebralis folding, palpebralis folding combined with Whitnall＇s ligament suspension and palpebralis shorten combined with Whinall＇s ligament suspension to treat mild,moderate and severe blepharoptosis. Results 41 cases with 46 eyes were treated by these methods.Postoperative follow-up for 2 months to 1 year showed satisfactory appearance and normal eye closure. Conclusion The combination of these two procedures was an available method for treating mild,moderate and severe blepharolotosis.
