经皮微针药物导入的研究进展及其在美容整形外科中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 自从上世纪90年代末Herry等^[1]首次报道了将实心硅微针阵列芯片用于药物经皮释放的研究以来,经皮微针药物导入的研究就没有停止过,并取得了较大进展,出现了像实心微针、中空微针、金属微针、硅微针、聚合物微针等一系列微针,导入的药物从刚开始的小分子药物及高亲脂性药物到目前的大分子药物、蛋白质、混悬液,甚至是微粒体^[2-3],经皮药物导入的效率和剂量也有了较大的提高,取得了与皮下注射相当的疗效。本文就经皮微针药物导入的研究进展及其在整形外科中的应用现状做一综述。
