通过选择流动相以及不同检测波长，使2-萘胺-3，6，8-三磺酸中的有机杂质得以完全分离。在240nm波长下检测，采用峰面积外标法对2-萘胺-3，6，8-三磺酸中的有机杂质定量。对该方法的准确度、精密度进行了测定。
