心电能量谱对慢性肾衰竭患者心肌缺血诊断价值探讨

Investigation of diagnosis value of ECG energy spectrum in chronic renal failure patients with myocardial ischemia

目的探讨12导联心电能量谱(ECG 12-lead frequency domain cardiogram,FCG)对慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者是否并发心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法对105例慢性肾衰竭的患者,分别进行FCG和12导联心电图(12-lead electrocardiogram,12-lead ECG)检查,对检查结果进行比较分析。结果 FCG检查显示为阳性的56例,阳性率53.33%;ECG检查显示为阳性的21例,阳性率20.00%;二者阳性率比较,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 FCG对CRF并发心肌缺血的诊断价值高于ECG,是当前CRF患者是否并发心肌缺血的一项重要的,有价值的,早期诊断参考指标。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of 12-lead ECG energy spectrum（also known as the 12-lead frequency domain cardiogram,FCG） for myocardial ischemia complication in cases of patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods 105 cases of CRF patients were selected for FCG and respectively 12-lead electrocardiogram（12-lead ECG） examination.The FCG and ECG findings were analyzed in comparison.Results The FCG result was positive in 56/105（53.33%） cases,while respectively the ECG result was positive in 21/105（20.00%） cases,the comparison of the above-mentioned two positive rate was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions FCG examination is with higher diagnostic value than ECG for myocardial ischemia complication in cases of CRF patients,thus the FCG result is a significant reference index for early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia complication for CRF patients.
