两种护理措施防治术中压疮的疗效比较

Effective comparison of two different caring measures for intraoperative pressure sore

目的探讨两种不同的护理措施对防治术中压疮的效果。方法将32例胰腺癌手术患者分为两组,对照组术后采用传统的防治压疮护理方法,观察组在回房后给予15°侧卧位72小时、后背于2小时内行温水擦浴、注意内裤的质量及妥善固定气囊导尿管的Y型管端、一、二期压疮形成处给予白蛋白及土豆汁交替涂抹。结果对照组发生一、二期压疮病例数分别为6例和4例,观察组发生一、二期压疮病例数为4例、0例(P<0.05)。结论观察组防治术中压疮的效果明显优于对照组。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of prevention and treatment about intraoperative pressure sore between two different caring measures.Methods 32 patients with pancreatic cancer after surgery were divided into two groups.The control group prevented and cured the pressure sore by using the traditional caring method,the observation group was given 15 lateral position for 72 hours after returning to the ward.Back of the body was treated by warm sponge bath within two hours.Attention to the quality of underwear,properly fixed the Y-tube end of catheter.Phase Ⅰand Ⅱpressure ulcers were applied alternately with albumin and potato juice.Results Phase Ⅰand Ⅱpressure ulcers respectively occurred 6 and 4 cases in the control group,Phase Ⅰand Ⅱpressure ulcers respectively occurred 4 and 0 cases in the observation group（P0.05）.Conclusions Compared with the control group,the observation group was better in effectiveness of prevention and treatment about intraoperative pressure sore.
