Impact of health education on the compliance of diabetes foot prevention

目的探讨健康教育对预防DF依从性的作用。方法随机将320例DM患者分为对照组和实验组各160例。对照组采用常规DM治疗和常规护理,实验组常规DM治疗和常规护理基础上行系统健康教育,2个月后进行对DF预防依从性效果评价。结果实验组患者对DF预防依从性比对照组明显改善(P<0.019)。结论加强系统健康教育对DF预防依从性明显提高,对DF的预防起到举足轻重的作用。

Objective To discuss the effect of health education on the compliance of DF prevention.Methods 320 cases of DM patients were randomly divided into control group of 160 cases and experimental group of 160 cases.The control group uses the conventional DM treatment and conventional nursing.The experimental group were treated with the routine the DM therapy and the systematic health education.After 2 months to evaluate the compliance of DF prevention.Results The experimental group patients had significant improvement of the DF prevention compliance than the control group（P0.019）.Conclusions Strengthening the systematic health education is significant for improving the compliance of DF.The systematic health education plays a vital role in the prevention of DF.
