本文应用激肽释放酶原激活剂(简称 PKA)可被硅藻土和阴离子交换树脂吸附这一特性,从 Cohn’s组分Ⅳ中提纯了 PKA,其活性为8936iu/ml,并能使大鼠血压明显下降。

The FactorⅫ(FXII or a-Ⅻa)in Cohn's FIV was adsorbed by diato- mite,and then the FXⅡ(or α-Ⅻa) was activated into β-Ⅻa(Hageman factor fragment,PKA,MW31000)by the co-adsorbed kallikrein with sub- sequent releasing it toabuffer solu- tion.Finally,the product was purified by DEAE-Sephadex A_(50).The activity of prepared PKA was 8 963IU/ml,and the preparation can lead to signifi- cant reduction in blood pressure in rats.
