摘要 骨架密封在主轴转速较高、工作压力较大的情况下易因摩擦发热而导致其橡胶唇口老化,且长期使用将对主轴造成难以修复的损伤。针对上述问题,提出了一种新的骨架密封应用结构,即采用一个镀硬质合金的耐磨套与骨架密封唇口相接触,减少了摩擦发热及耐磨套的磨损,提高了骨架密封寿命,避免了对主轴产生损伤。实践证明,应用该结构密封效果良好,骨架密封寿命大大提高,可在较高转速和较大压力下长时间使用。 The rubber lip of the reinforced seal could be easily destroyed because of the heat from rubbing when the rotation speed of the axis and the working pressure were too high.The long term use of it could do hardly-restored damage to the axis.To solve these problems,this paper came up with a new application structure of the reinforced seal,which is to use a seal cover coated with cemented carbide to contact with the lip of the reinforced seal instead of the axis.With this method,the rubbing heat and the wear of the seal cover were decreased while the life of the reinforced seal was increased,meanwhile no harm was done to the axis.The practice proved this structure effective.The life of the reinforced seal was increased and it could be used under higher rotation speed and pressure in a long time.
