摘要
对全液压推土机行驶驱动系统液压泵的容积效率、机械效率、总效率、功率特性进行了理论分析,并对某型号量泵进行实验,得出全排量下相应实验曲线,进而分析了变量泵在各种条件下的性能以及变化规律,得出了充分利用变量泵效率的条件,为全液压推土机行驶驱动系统变量泵的选型与匹配以及控制提供了依据。
The paper made a theoretical analysis on the volumetric efficiency, mechanical efficiency, total efficiency and power characteristic of hydraulic pumps in full-hydraulic bulldozer driving system, and exerted experiments on a type of variable pump, obtained the corresponding test curve under total displacement, and then analyzed the performance and change rule of variable pumps in various conditions, knew about the conditions to make fall use of variable pumps" efficiency, provided the basis for the variable pumps selection and matching ant its controlling
