摘要
使用UGNX软件设计了一套电器元件外壳注塑模具。模具采取组合型腔的布局形式,同时成型壳体和壳盖两个零件,减少了模具的数量、保证了产品的装配精度;模具采用斜推杆机构完成零件的外侧抽芯,简化了模具结构、减小了模具尺寸,最终起到降低模具制造成本的目的。
An injection mould for electrical components shell was designed by using UGNX software,in which the combined cavity and the angled ejector pin were applied.The application showed that the mould structure was simple,the structure was compact,the accuracy of product assembly was ensured,and ultimately the mold costs were reduced.
