介绍了81X链条装配机的机械构成和电气控制系统原理,解决了传统链条装配机机身结构的合理转换,分析了数控系统在大节距链条装配机中的实现途径,使大节距链条装配机的结构更合理,工作更稳定,质量更可靠。
The mechanical constitute and electrical control system theory of 81X chain assembly machine are introduced.The reasonable conversion for the body structure of the traditional chain assembly machine is solved.The realized method for the numerical control system of the coarse pitch chain assembly machine is analysed.These bring more reasonable structure,more stable work and more reliable product quality.
