大学文化建设对城市文化软实力提高的功能性研究

A Functional Study on the Enhancement of a City's Soft Power of Culture by Constructing University Culture

江泽民同志曾提到"大学应该成为继承传播民族优秀文化的重要场所和交流借鉴世界进步文化的摇篮,努力创造和传播新知识、新理论、新思想,不断促进社会主义文化的发展"。大学文化作为构建城市精神文明的重要组成部分,其发展建设是一个地区国民素质提升的基础保证,更是城市软实力提高的必要手段。本文着重从大学文化对城市软实力的功能性研究出发,进一步探讨大学文化对城市软实力提高的重要作用。

The former President Jiang Zemin once said that the universities should be the pivot places in inheriting and spreading the nation＇ s culture, as well, they also should be the cradles of eommtmieating world＇ s multiple culture. The universities,are playing an important role in nurturing the city＇ s soft power. They ensured the enhancement of soft power to a city. This essay talked around the functional researches toward the soft power, and further discussed the pivot rule of a university.
