论目前我国普通高校管理中的若干问题——兼谈学校管理的目标选择

On Some Issues of the Management of the General Institutions of Higher Learning——In Addition to the Target Choice of School Management

长期以来,我国普通高校在管理方面受制于"行政化"思维的束缚,热衷于内部管理体制的建设,造成了一系列突出的问题,从而妨碍了自身管理质量的提升。随着经济全球化浪潮快速推进,跨国文化交流日益频繁,普通高校要适时转变管理观念,在目标选择上,应着眼于培养有独立思考能力与强烈公民意识、能积极参与社会以及有国际视野的人来服务我国社会发展的需要。

For quite some time the management of the general institutions of higher learning has been stranded by the thought of bureaucracy under which school is enthusiastic about the construction of management mechanism. Thus, it causes some problems, under- mining the improvement of its management quality. In the twenty - first century, higher school management should aim at cultivating the students from the aspects of independent thinking, participating society, citizen conscience and global vision in order to satisfy the needs of the society development.
