浅议高校转型期学生思想政治工作的挑战与对策

The Challenge and Countermeasures of Students Ideological and Political Work on the College Transition

在高校由教学型向教学研究型大学的转型期,学生思想政治工作的环境、对象、内容、任务都发生了深刻的变化,这些变化给高校思想政治工作带来前所未有的挑战。本文提出要分层分类开展学生思想政治工作,培养学生的创新能力,开展国际视野教育,同时要加强网络思想政治教育和思政干部队伍建设。

In college teaching from the teaching model to a teaching - research university in transition, students ideological and po- litical work environment, object, content, tasks have undergone profound changes that the ideological and political work to bring unprece- dented challenges. This paper presents the students to carry out hierarchical classification ideological and political work, to develop students ability to innovate, international perspective of education, while strengthening the ideological and political education and ideo- logical and political team building.
