浅谈加强高校基层团委服务工作的探索与实践

On the Exploration and Practice of Strengthening the Service of the Youth League in Colleges and Universities

处于重要转型期的高校基层团委要适应新形势下的新要求,打破传统意义下的教育和管理青年学生的工作模式,将工作重点落在竭诚为青年学生服务上,着重从增强服务意识,完善服务机制,创新服务载体,转换服务主体等四个方面开展工作,促进学生全面发展和健康成才。

The grass roots Communist Youth League in the university who stays in the transitional stage should break the traditional working mode of educating and managing youths, and meet the new requirements under the new situation. The main focus of the work will be on serving the students dedicatedly and promoting their overall development and healthy growth. Literally, it includes four as- pects：enhancing service awareness,improving service mechanism,innovating service suppouer and converting service subject.
