摘要
随着人类社会物质文明程度的不断提高,以人为本的管理越来越得到重视。时代的进步和高等院校教学管理体制的改革对教务管理人员提出了更高的要求,面向21世纪的高校教务管理队伍的建设尤为重要。在高校教务管理队伍建设中应引进"人本管理"的理念,通过创建激励机制,形成管理层顶上的双向互动,促进教务管理人员的自成长,以最终实现建立一支适应现代教育需要和社会期望的教务管理队伍。
With human society material civilization degree unceasing enhancement, the humanist management more and get atten- tion. The progress of The Times and higher colleges and universities teaching management system reform of teaching affairs management personnel put forward higher request,facing the college teaching affairs management of the development in 21st century is especially im- portant. In the higher teaching affairs management team of the development should be quoted in "humanistic management" concept, by creating incentive mechanism,manage on top of the formation of two -way interaction, promote teaching affairs management personnel from self- improvement, so that it is realized that the establishment of a modem education needs and social expectations of the teaching affairs management team.
