摘要
随着传统资源的日益枯竭,新型可替代能源—太阳能电池以其自身绿色、安全及可再生能力的优势,得到了长足发展。高速发展的同时,原有的掺硼单晶硅片由于其稳定性和转化效率较低,已经不能满足市场要求。本文主要是通过对太阳能电池制造的第一环节—单晶硅棒的制造环节研究,通过对单晶硅中掺入金属镓,继而达到有效降低甚至去除太阳能硅电池在使用过程中的衰减的目的。
With the increasing depletion of traditional resources,the new alternative energy - solar cell in its own green, safe and renewable capacity of advantages, has made considerable progress. Time of rapid growth, the boron - doped monocrystalline silicon due to its stability and conversion efficiency is low, can not meet market requirements. In this paper, through the first part of the solar cell manufacturing - silicon rods of the manufacturing sector, through the single crystal silicon doped with gallium metal, and then to a- chieve effective to reduce or even remove the silicon solar cells in the course of the attenuation purpose
