摘要
本文用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验对 SAGS 晶体盐红细胞悬液的遗传效应进行了研究。结果显示:晶体盐红细胞悬液在24和48小时高、中、低三个剂量组的微核率分别为1.4‰、1.8‰、1.8‰和1.9‰、2.5‰、1.9‰。空白组为1.9‰,而阳性组为23.4‰。各剂量组与空白对照比较,经统计学处理无显著差异(p>0.05),表明晶体盐红细胞悬液在本实验条件下无诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核增加的作用。
The genetic effect of red cell suspensions in SAGS solution was studied by micronucleus test of the polychromatic erythrocytes of mice bone marrow.The result showed that the micronucleus rates of various groups of red cell suspensions in SAGS solution at 24 and 48 hours were 1.4‰,1.8‰,1.8‰ and 1.9‰, 2.5‰,1.9‰,respectively.The micro- nucleus rate was 1.9‰ in blank group,while it was 23.4‰ in the con- trol positive group.According to com- parason,there was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05)bet- ween the various dosage groups and blank group,indicating that the red cell suspension in SAGS solution could not lead to the increase in micronucleus count of the polychro- matic erythrocytes of mice bone marrow in our experimental condi- tions.
