完善我国监督行政主体制度探讨

On the Improvement of China's Administrative Subjects of Supervision

当前我国正处于社会转型、体制转轨、政府职能转变时期,行政权力的扩张和滥用较为突出,因而对行政权力的监督就显得尤为迫切和重要。但我国监督行政主体很多,对行政权力的监督方式、途径也很复杂,并都存在一定的问题,因此,如何完善监督行政主体制度就成为我国的一个紧迫的现实问题。

In the transitional period in terms of society,system and governmental function,a problem surfaces,i.e.the expansion and abuse of administrative power.Hence,it is urgent to supervise administrative power.Nevertheless,there are a number of administrative subjects of supervision in China.Worse still,the ways and means of supervision vary from place to place.As a result,it is necessary to improve China＇s administrative subjects of supervision.
