酪氨酸激酶对肝癌作用机制的研究进展

摘要 酪氨酸激酶(PTK)在肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、迁移、侵袭等相关信号通路中起到了关键的调控作用,已经成为肿瘤靶向性治疗的重要靶点。肝癌是一种血管丰富的实体性恶性肿瘤,PTK受体在肝癌中的表达对肝癌的发展起着重要作用。随着生化知识水平的日益增长,人们逐渐发现新生血管对肝癌的增长和转移至关重要,抗血管生成已经成为肝癌治疗的重要手段。现通过对近年来PTK抗肝癌的研究进展作简要综述,以促进抗肝癌药物的研究。 Protein tyrosine kinases(PTKs)play important roles in regulating intracellular signal transduction pathways closely associated with the invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis of many tumors,having long been recognized as key therapeutic targets.Liver cancer is a solid malignant tumor with rich vascular,and the expression of PTK receptor in hepatocellular carcinoma plays an important role in liver cancer development.Along with the biochemical knowledge level uprising,people have realized the crucial effect of angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma growth and metastasis.Antiangiogenic method has become an important treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Here it to make a review on the progress of PTK anti-hepatoma research to promote the study of anti-liver cancer drugs.
